ABOUT
Beaulieu is a beautiful secure place in the countryside but yet in close proximity to Sandton, Midrand and near Kyalami.
Bridle trails link the suburb which is encircled by a secure electric fence with dedicated security patrols including motion activated cameras, making it one of the safest and most sought after country estates.
The view from all units is spectacular a 7000m2 landscaped garden, secured by it’s own electric fence and secure parking is available. A water feature which includes 3 ponds and a waterfall attract bird life The landscaped garden looks onto the 3rd hole of the Kyalami Golf Course , which features a large dam and fountain. A bridle trail network is at the base of the property. Horses, horse drawn carriages and golfers are often viewed at close proximity………..this is country living at it’s best but in close proximity to Sandton and Midrand.

A covered Patio Games Room includes a Braai, Pool Table, Darts and Ping Pong Table provided for tenant use.
All apartments are serviced once a week and washing and ironing of linen is included in apartment pricing. No smoking allowed within apartments but the games patio is available for smokers. All linen and towels are provided. Electricity and water is included. Two washing machines and many washing lines are available for guest use as is a maid service for personal laundry at an extra charge.
We require one month’s deposit and a minimum of 3 months rental as well as a calendar months notice. All rooms are non smoking and pets are not allowed.

Horse Riding
We are in located in close proximity to the Kyalami Equestrian Park which hosts National Show Jumping competitions.
Bird Sanctuary
Johannesburg Parks maintain and control a sanctuary for a wide range of water birds centred around a dam. Viewing hides and a walking trail allow viewing of hundreds of birds who roost here every day.

Kyalami Golf Course
Kyalami is a 18 hole Golf Course which allows non members access. Our property has a view onto the 3rd hole of the course.

We are situated in a residential suburb called Beaulieu, which is adjacent to the Kyalami Golf Course in Kyalami near Crowthorne, Midrand. This is half way between Johannesburg and Pretoria. Our address is 191 Palomino Road, Beaulieu, Midrand. If your GPS doesn’t locate Palomino Rd try Pinto Place which is nearby.
Johannesburg International Airport to Beaulieu

Take R 24 heading into Johannesburg, then take N3 in Pretoria direction, then take M1 in Pretoria direction. Pass by Allandale Rd off ramp, next off ramp is New Road, take it, take left turn to Crowthorne. After 4 km's cross over R55 to Pretoria into Beaulieu a gated residential suburb. Then follow Beaulieu to Midrand Rentals directions below.

From William Nicol Highway ensure you take the Kyalami Road past The Campus Dimension Datas Head Office. Take Kyalami Main Road past Lonehill, past Leeukop Prison approximately 5 km’s at T junction (R55) take left turn towards Pretoria, after 500m at traffic light turn left at Crowthorne Shopping Centre into a gated residential suburb Beaulieu. Then follow Beaulieu to Midrand Rentals directions below.

At security gate advise security that you are visiting number 191 Palamino Road, immediately take first left into Stallion, first right into Palomino and see 191 approx 1 km on left after sharp bend to right, adjacent to an open field.
See cream entrance wall with white top and black steel gate. Number 191- 1
